A Faded Tradition Reborn

Moena was born to awaken the forgotten tradition of vermouth which pulsed at the heart of Central- European drinking culture in the last two hundred years. Reimagined for today, yet rooted in the craft that once defined a nation’s aperitif culture.

Why Moena?

Every bottle is crafted with care, herbs and spices that balance wormwood’s signature bitterness with vibrant citrus and refined herbal complexity. The result is a drink that feels timeless yet unmistakably modern. Elegant on its own, versatile in cocktails, and perfectly at home on a modern table.

Moena — Tasting Notes

A pale ruby vermouth with a gently hazy, unfiltered character. On the nose, wormwood leads with bright citrus, followed by ripe fruit and a warm mix of clove, nutmeg, and dried ginger. Subtle licorice and mineral tones add depth and elegance. The palate is balanced and refined: wormwood is present but not overpowering, framed by delicate sweetness, aromatic herbs (sage, thyme, basil), and gentle spice. Long, smooth, and pleasantly bittersweet finish.
